Petite-fille d’une couturière centenaire qui a traversé le 20e siècle et dont la vie fut marquée par deux guerres mondiales, la grippe espagnole, la Grande Dépression et l’inaccessibilité aux études pour les femmes, la conférencière s’attache à révéler l’univers fascinant du Montréal yiddish, une ville inédite construite par les immigrants ashkénazes ayant vécu des expériences traumatiques. Elle nous enseigne : « Tout est possible.
